Eating

Today I ate:

Breakfast:

None at all – terrible idea but I hadn’t started this blog so I didn’t know I would be recording it.

Lunch:

A chicken salad with Dad. This was actually quite healthy, and lots more left over for tomorrow.

  • Roast Chicken
  • Lettuce
  • Fresh Tomato
  • Semi-Dried Tomato
  • Fetta
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Green Chilli and Garlic Olives
  • Cucumber
  • Salad Onion
  • Pickled Onion
  • Polski Orgorski
  • Salt and Pepper

Dinner:

Dinner was not as healthy – ate too much, two servings and it was pasta. Paleo is coming – just have to work out what I will do when the boys eat pasta.

  • Pasta
  • Chicken
  • Mushroom
  • Creamy White Sauce

Snacks:

  • Bowl of Ice cream

Reflection:

Not the greatest day in terms of nutrition but I can’t really complain because I enjoyed all of the food. Plenty of improvement to come over the next few weeks.
